I have had more than my share of opportunities to hike really far and ski down on one ski this year. After a 3 am start, my binding once again decided to test my commitment to skiing on one ski, 400 ft below the Pfeiferhorn's summit ridge. I must say it was challenging, but anything worthwhile is right? Breakable crust, tight trees, and over 3000 vertical feet did not deter me from my quest! A party of three shook their heads in disbelief as I passed by. There aren't many out there willing to participate in this new "sport". I myself, take pride in finishing the race.........now will someone PLEASE add 2 or 3 more screw holes in the BD 01's!
